Find the best no wagering bonus casinos, and get started with an online casino bonus that has no wagering terms attached.

Most casino players in the UK look at the quality and variety of bonuses and promotions before opening an account. The most important part of any casino bonus is the wagering requirement attached to it.

This figure tells you how much you need to bet before you can cash out winnings from the bonus. Naturally, the lower it is, the better for you.

It’s no surprise that no wagering casinos are popular: what you win from their offers is yours to withdraw.

So we reveal the best no wagering casino sites and UK bonuses, explain what “no wager” really means in the terms, and show you how to open an account at a casino whose promotions come without wagering.

Why Trust Casino Gambler for No Wager Bonuses?

Our team of casino writers has years of industry experience and knows what to look for in a no wagering promotion. For this guide, we read the full bonus terms at every casino on the list. We also check the following before recommending anything:

  • Licence: We only recommend casinos licensed by the Gambling Commission, and check the licence on the public register.
  • Payment terms: We look at the payment methods on offer. We like instant deposits and fast withdrawals (within 1–3 days) by debit card, open banking and e-wallets.
  • Game variety: Our top-rated online casinos offer large libraries from many studios. We like to see jackpot slots and live dealer games from studios such as Novomatic, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play and Evolution.
  • Customer support: We contact the support team at every casino, by live chat, email or phone, and check how quick and helpful the answers are. Players often have questions about bonuses, so this matters.
  • Mobile: We check that every casino works well on a phone. An app is a bonus, but the mobile site has to work too.

While this guide focuses on no wagering bonuses, we cover every base, so we only recommend licensed casinos that are fun to play at, from well-known names to brand new casino sites.

What Is a No Wagering Casino Bonus?

A no wagering casino bonus is a promotion without a wagering requirement. Wagering tells you how much you must bet before you can cash out winnings from a promotion.

The higher the wagering requirement, the more you must stake before you can touch what the bonus wins. That’s why no wagering bonuses are so popular: you sign up, claim the bonus, and cash out what you win.

Read on to find the best no wagering casinos now, and everything you need to know about low and no wagering promotions.

Bonus Wagering Explained

Before you claim a bonus at an online casino, read the terms and conditions. They explain how the offer works and what you must do before you can cash out.

The most important condition is usually the wagering requirement. Given as a multiple, it tells you how much you must bet to play the bonus through before your winnings become withdrawable.

Here’s how bonus wagering works in practice.

Casino promotion: Deposit at least £20 for a 100% deposit match up to £200, with 10x wagering on the bonus.

Say you’re a lower-budget player happy to double the minimum £20 deposit.

The wagering requirement says you must play the bonus through 10 times before cashing out. So £20 in bonus funds x 10 means £200 of bets before you can withdraw any winnings from it. Before 2026, when the same offer could carry 25x, that figure would have been £500.

£200 is still a lot of play, so think about whether you can comfortably wager it. Use this chart as a guide when you compare UK bonuses:

No wagering Low wagering Standard
0x 1x–5x 6x–10x (the UK maximum)

No Wagering vs Low Wagering Casinos: What’s the Difference?

At Casino Gambler, we regard a bonus with no wagering as the holy grail. If you win with it, you don’t have to put your own money through the casino before you can withdraw.

They’re less common than wagered offers, and almost always free spins rather than bonus cash. Low wagering bonuses are more widespread, giving fair playthrough terms while protecting the casino from bonus abuse. Here’s how the two compare:

No wagering bonuses

A no wagering bonus is exactly what it sounds like: a promotion with no wagering requirement. Trigger it, and you can cash out what it wins without playing anything through.

Low wagering bonuses

A low wagering bonus has a small playthrough that’s easy enough to complete. In the UK, 7Bet sets just 1x on its welcome spin winnings, with a £100 cap.

We count wagering of 5x or less as low. A 1x playthrough is fair: it protects the casino from abuse, and you can play it through quickly. See our low wagering casino bonuses for more.

What happened to high wagering bonuses?

Before 2026, we found casinos pushing offers with wagering of 25x, 35x, 50x and even 70x. Since 19 January 2026, the Gambling Commission has capped wagering on casino bonuses at 10x, so UK-licensed sites can’t go higher. If you see 35x or more today, it’s an old page or a site without a UK licence. Our guide to x35 wagering requirements explains the change.

Even at 10x, look past the headline. Before your first deposit, read the small print: the wagering, the time limit and the most you can cash out.

No Wager Free Spins: What UK Casino Terms Actually Mean

If you’ve ever read a casino bonus page and thought “this doesn’t add up”, you’re not alone. One of the biggest sources of confusion for UK players is the phrase “no wager free spins”, especially when the casino still asks you to place a bet first.

Very few UK casino bonuses are wager-free from top to bottom. In most cases, “no wagering” applies only to free spins, not to bonus cash. That doesn’t make these offers bad; it just means you need to know exactly what is and isn’t withdrawable before you play.

The two different “wagers” casinos talk about

Most of the confusion comes from casinos using the word “wager” in two different ways.

1. A qualifying bet (to get the spins)

Many offers say things like “Stake £10, get free spins” or “Deposit and wager £10 to receive free spins”. This means:

  • You must place a real-money bet
  • That bet isn’t a bonus
  • It’s simply the entry condition for the spins

Think of it as proving you’re a real player, not as wagering a bonus.

2. A wagering requirement (on bonus winnings)

This is the one players care about. A wagering requirement means you must re-bet your winnings a set number of times, written as 5x or 10x, before you can withdraw them. If a bonus has no wagering requirement, your winnings can be withdrawn without further play.

Placing a real-money bet to get free spins is not the same as wagering bonus winnings. An offer can have a qualifying bet and no wagering on the spin winnings, and many do.

How we classify “no wager free spins”

We only list spins as no-wager when the casino’s own terms say so: either “no wagering” in so many words, or that spin winnings are paid as cash. If the terms are silent, we don’t assume either way, and we leave the offer off this page.

Example 1: Bet-and-get free spins

  • You deposit by debit card and stake £10 on slots (real money)
  • You receive free spins
  • The terms say there’s no wagering on the spin winnings

Result: a qualifying bet is required, and there’s no wagering on the spin winnings. Betfred’s welcome offer works like this.

Example 2: Bonus cash plus spins

  • You deposit £20 and wager £10 of it on slots
  • You get free spins now and a match bonus on your second deposit
  • The terms set 10x wagering on the bonus cash
  • The terms say spin winnings are paid as cash

Result: wagering applies to the bonus cash, and none to the spins. Dream Vegas works like this, which is why we separate spins from bonus cash.

Why casinos rarely say “no wager” clearly

Casinos bundle bonuses together: bonus cash, free spins and bet-and-get conditions. The terms explain each part separately, so players assume everything carries wagering when it doesn’t. Headlines alone can mislead. Look for free spins where the terms say there’s no wagering, even if a deposit or a real-money bet is needed first. Those are entry conditions, not wagering requirements.

The Pros and Cons of No Wagering Casino Bonuses

As with every casino promotion, sign-up bonuses with no wagering aren’t perfect. For balance, here are the pros and cons:

Pros

✅ No wagering requirement: If you win with the bonus, you can cash out without putting your own money through the casino first.

✅ Good for low-budget players: Wagered bonuses can be expensive to clear. No wagering offers let players of every budget sign up, play and keep what they win.

Cons

❌ Mostly free spins: No-wagering offers are nearly always spins, not bonus cash, so the choice is narrower.

❌ Lower value: The spins are usually worth 10p each, and some offers cap what they can win, while wagered deposit matches can be larger.

How to Claim an Online Casino Bonus With No Wagering

Every casino has its own sign-up process, but the steps are similar at most sites:

  1. Register for an account: Go to the casino’s homepage and click “Sign Up” or “Register”. Enter your personal and contact details, and verify your email address or phone number.
  2. Read about the offer: Open the “Promotions” or “Offers” tab and read the welcome bonus terms. Note anything you must do to activate it. Some offers need one of our Promo Codes.
  3. Make a deposit: Choose an eligible payment method and deposit at least the minimum (often £10 or £20). Check your method qualifies: many no-wager offers exclude Skrill and Neteller, and Betway and Betfred want a debit card. PayPal is often excluded too. Contact support if the bonus doesn’t appear.
  4. Play games: Find the slot the spins are for, or the games that count towards the qualifying stake, and place your bets.
  5. Cash out your winnings: If your spins win, you can withdraw without meeting any wagering requirement. You’ll need to pass the casino’s ID checks before your first withdrawal.

Gamble Responsibly

When you claim a no wagering bonus, gamble responsibly and within your means. It’s tempting to think of it as “free” money; treat it as part of your bankroll instead, and set limits. Every UK casino has deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion in its account settings, and the National Gambling Helpline is free on 0808 8020 133, 24 hours a day. See our responsible gambling page for more.

No Wagering Bonus FAQs

What are wagering requirements?

Wagering requirements tell you how much you must bet before you can cash out bonus winnings. They’re given as a multiple: £100 in bonus funds with 10x wagering means £1,000 of bets before you can withdraw. Since January 2026, 10x is the most a UK-licensed casino can ask.

Can you withdraw bonus winnings from a casino?

Yes, once you’ve met any wagering requirement within the time limit. With a no wagering bonus, spin winnings go straight to your cash balance and can be withdrawn.

What are low wagering casinos?

Low wagering casinos set small playthroughs on their bonuses, such as 7Bet’s 1x on spin winnings. We count 5x or less as low. See our low wagering bonuses page.

Is a qualifying bet the same as wagering?

No. A qualifying bet is the real-money stake you place to get the spins. A wagering requirement applies to what the bonus wins. Many offers have the first and not the second.

Can you find casino welcome bonuses with no wagering?

Yes. Casushi, FruitKings, Peachy Games, Betfred, Betway, Lottoland, Mr Vegas and Videoslots all have welcome spins with no wagering on the winnings. Casinos change their offers often, so check back through the year.

Do no wagering bonuses need a deposit?

Almost always. If a casino gave away bonus cash with no deposit and no wagering, anyone could withdraw it straight away. Free daily games are the exception: Betfred’s Prize Reel gives verified customers free spins with no wagering on the winnings. See our no deposit bonuses for more.
